The Pork Crawl is a two-day culinary pork immersion hosted by a guest chef in their home city for foodservice trade media. Chefs and cities are up-and-coming and offer a new point of view and culture to editors. The event features an exclusive farm-to-table dinner prepared by the host chef, and a tour of the city’s premiere pork dishes from six to eight restaurants. Past locations include such stops as Chicago, Richmond and Nantucket, just to name a few!
