Asian-Style Porchetta


Chef Michael White, known for his Italian restaurants, also enjoys working with Asian ingredients. His Asian-Style Porchetta is rubbed with star anise, cinnamon and Sichuan peppercorns and rolled with pounded garlic, herbs and chiles. Cooked for two and a half hours then placed on direct heat to crisp the skin.
